Chef – Zamenhof

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Chef to join and grow with our all-day café, Zamenhof. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the kitchen and contributing to a strong, evolving food concept.

The menu takes inspiration from anywhere delicious, with a focus on elevated comfort classics. You’ll be part of developing and refining dishes, ensuring high quality, consistency, and great flavour in everything that leaves the kitchen.

What we’re looking for:

- A creative cook with a passion for flavour and presentation

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Interest in menu development and trying new ideas

- Good understanding of kitchen structure and prep routines

- Passion for comfort food with a modern, creative twist
