Head Chef – Zamenhof

We’re looking for an inspiring and creative Head Chef to lead and develop our all-day café, Zamenhof. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys shaping a kitchen’s identity and bringing bold, comforting flavours to life.

The concept draws inspiration from anywhere delicious, with a strong focus on elevated comfort classics. You’ll have the freedom to create, refine, and evolve the menu while ensuring consistency, quality, and smart cost control.

What we’re looking for:

- A creative leader with a clear culinary vision

- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively

- Strong skills in menu development and recipe testing

- Solid understanding of food costings and margins

- Passion for comfort food with a modern, creative twist
