An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef with a genuine passion for Italian cuisine. You’ll play a key role in shaping an Italian-focused kitchen, bringing creativity, leadership, and consistency to the team.

What we’re looking for:

-At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

-Strong passion for Italian food and flavours

-Confidence in menu development and cost control

-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

- Creative energy and a positive kitchen presence
